NE Construction has officially broken ground on The HUB Apartments, a new 160-unit Class A apartment community in Montrose, Colorado. Serving as general contractor, NE Construction will deliver one of the first new luxury multifamily communities in the Montrose market in years. It will bring much-needed modern housing to one of the Western Slope’s fastest-growing communities.

Project Overview
Located at 825 Cobble Dr., The HUB Apartments will feature 160 garden-style apartment homes. The unit mix includes 100 one-bedroom, one-bath homes and 60 two-bedroom, two-bath homes.
Residents will have access to a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and more, all designed to reflect the mountain setting of the Uncompahgre Valley.
Meeting Housing Demand on Colorado’s Western Slope
Montrose has grown into a regional hub for healthcare, employment, and outdoor recreation, but new rental housing has not kept pace. The HUB Apartments addresses that gap with high-quality homes for the professionals, families, and retirees moving to the area.
Built to HUD Standards
The project is being financed through the HUD FHA 221(d)(4) program. NE Construction has extensive experience delivering projects under HUD requirements.
