NE Construction has been delivering complex, large-scale construction projects since 1988. Founded in Lewisville, Texas by Charlie Nicholas, the company was built on a simple philosophy: deliver exceptional quality, honor your commitments, and build lasting relationships through integrity and performance.

More than four decades later, those principles continue to guide every project we undertake.

Today, NE Construction specializes in Class A multifamily, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, senior living, student housing, affordable housing, HUD, and specialty construction projects throughout the United States. From ground-up developments to complex renovations, our team brings the experience, financial strength, and operational expertise required to successfully deliver some of the industry’s most demanding projects.

While we’ve grown into a nationally recognized general contractor, we’ve never lost the hands-on approach that has defined our company since day one.
